Studios
The Big Medium studios, situated in South Austin alongside the open-concept office and coworking spaces, feature five galleries, a flex space, and essential amenities such as common areas, ample parking, secured building access, high-speed wifi, a kitchen, abundant natural light, and high ceilings. Monthly rent encompasses wifi, electricity, insurance, kitchen access, coworking area access*, photo studio access*, and conference room* (*subject to availability, on a first-come, first-served basis).

Coworking
Over 1200 sqft of Coworking space includes ample parking, secured building access, high-speed wifi, a kitchen, abundant natural light, and high ceilings. Monthly rent encompasses wifi, electricity, insurance, kitchen access, coworking area access*, photo studio access*, and conference room* (*subject to availability, on a first-come, first-served basis).
Coworking hours are Monday to Sunday, 8am to 8pm.
Monthly Rate of Sliding scale from $50-$100 per person.
Flex Working Space
Monthly Working Space:
1700 sqft of Flex or event space includes ample parking, secured building access, high-speed wifi, a kitchen, and high ceilings.
Monthly rent encompasses wifi, electricity, insurance, kitchen access, coworking area access*, photo studio access*, and conference room* (*subject to availability, on a first-come, first-served basis).
Flex Working Space hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm.
Monthly Rate of Sliding scale from $150-$250 per person.
*Members may work outside of general hours if approved by Big Medium in advance.

Flex Event Space hours are Monday to Friday, 5pm to 12am, and weekends.
Pricing depends on project needs and time; Special pricing for nonprofits is available.
